Bishop Vesey’s Grammar School is a very special place, providing an outstanding, academically challenging and well-rounded education for able boys and girls from Birmingham and across the Midlands since the 16th Century.
With an Ofsted rating of Outstanding, Bishop Vesey’s is a selective, state funded mixed school with an enviable reputation.
The real satisfaction for me is not in seeing the school ranked higher than many state or independent schools, fee-paying or not, but in the knowledge that our improving exam results of our pupils will translate into better, longer, more satisfying careers and improved opportunities for young people.
